Terms of Service
This section defines the terms of use of the site, placing an order and interaction between the client and the MAISON ETE brand. By placing an order, you agree to the rules listed below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The site is the official resource of the MAISON ETE brand, which presents the current range of products.
1.2. All rights to texts, photos and site design belong to MAISON ETE, their copying or use without permission is prohibited.
1.3. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice.
2. Ordering and payment
2.1. The order is placed through the site or by contacting Direct / Viber / Telegram / WhatsApp.
2.2. Shipping is carried out after full payment or a prepayment of 500 UAH (in case of postpaid).
2.3. All prices on the site are indicated in hryvnias (or other currency, if provided).
2.4. When choosing cash on delivery, the customer pays the carrier's commission (2% + 20 UAH).
2.5. Some payment systems may additionally charge a 2% commission upon payment.
2.6. In case of cancellation of the order at the initiative of the client after making a prepayment, the funds are not refundable.

3. Delivery and exchange
3.1. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta, international shipments - via EMS or Nova Poshta.
3.2. Delivery time - 2 business days, for orders upon prior request - up to 10 business days.
3.3. The return of the product is not provided, but an exchange for another product from the assortment is possible if the product is returned on the same or the next day after receipt.
3.4. Transportation costs for the exchange are covered by the customer.
3.5. Any complaints are considered individually, exceptions are possible.
4. Liability
4.1. MAISON ETE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.
4.2. We guarantee the quality of our products, but are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use of the product.
4.3. In case of disputes, we are always ready to find the best solution for the client.
