Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta to the branch or address. The delivery cost is paid by the client upon receipt according to the carrier's tariffs. We place an order after full payment or prepayment in the amount of 500 UAH with cash on delivery at the post office (please note, Nova Poshta commission 2% + 20 UAH).

When placing an order cash on delivery, in case of refusal of the goods upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch, the prepayment in the amount of 300 UAH is not refundable - all costs associated with returning the parcel are borne by the buyer (in particular, costs for delivery and packaging, cash on delivery commission), except in cases where the goods arrived incorrectly.

Urgent delivery by taxi courier service in Kyiv is possible, the tariff is calculated individually.

The standard delivery time for orders is within 2 business days, but if you need faster delivery - inform our manager, and we will do everything possible.

Orders made upon prior request are shipped within 7 business days.
