I'm not sure about my size, what do you recommend?
We can show you what different sizes look like on models. We also have a size chart to help you decide. If you have any doubts, we have an exchange policy, so you don't have to worry.

Are there any swimsuits with foam padding?
We create products that adapt to different needs, so we have models both with and without foam. Most products have a special pocket for removable foam inserts, which can be purchased separately from the manager.
Can I return the product?
We have an exchange offer: if something doesn't suit you, you can exchange the product on the day of receipt or the next day (without signs of wear, with preservation of packaging and tags). All transportation costs are covered by the client. But any situation is considered individually, and in some cases exceptions are possible.
Can I order a swimsuit in a non-standard size?
We produce limited drops in standard sizes. But if you have special requests, write to us - we will try to find the best solution for you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-3 business days. International delivery - depending on the country, on average 5-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders worldwide through trusted shipping services.

How to care for swimwear and clothing?
To keep your Maison ETE products flawless and maintain their quality for as long as possible, follow these recommendations:
Washing: We recommend hand washing in cool water using a mild detergent without harsh chemicals.
Rinsing: Rinse your swimsuit with clean water after each use, especially after contact with chlorinated or salt water.
Storage: Do not leave a wet swimsuit in a bag or folded while damp – this can damage the fabric.
Machine wash: Avoid machine washing and spinning to preserve the fabric structure and durability of the product.
Special recommendations:
White velvet requires delicate care – avoid contact with oils as they can leave stains that are difficult to remove.
It is strictly not recommended to machine wash foam, underwire, or white bras, as this may affect their shape and appearance.

A piece of my swimsuit broke, how can I fix it?
We want your swimwear to last a long time. All our products are handmade with the highest attention to quality and detail. If your garment has a defect or natural wear, we will be happy to repair your item.
